Position Overview:

DiPerk is looking for a driven and customer focused Product Support Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the Perkins aftermarket parts and service business.

Job Description:

The Product Support Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue and profitability through strong account management, targeted sales activity, and exceptional customer service. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will deliver value through genuine Perkins parts, technical expertise, and tailored support solutions, building long‑term relationships and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts

  • Drive parts and service sales performance and profitability

  • Develop Customer Support Agreements (CSAs)

  • Identify new, lapsed, and campaign opportunities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, resolving issues quickly

  • Collaborate across DiPerk, Perkins, and sales teams

  • Mentor and support Product Support Representatives (PSRs) where required.

  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and emerging market trends, feeding insights back into the business.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in a sales or account management role.

  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing key customer accounts.

  • Experience within the industrial, construction, power generation, or engineering sectors.

  • Technical understanding of engines or machinery (Perkins experience highly desirable).

  • Relevant qualification in sales, business management, or engineering (NVQ, BTEC, degree or equivalent).

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, sales databases, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
