Primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee the Entity level financial, tax reporting and regulatory reporting, including audit

  • Manage the Administrators to ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely and reflects all relevant insight from the wider team

  • Manage the timely an accurate processing of accounting entries related to transactions and bank activities, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.

  • Conduct thorough reconciliation of new Fund schemes to Fund legal documentation, ensuring alignment and accuracy between fund structures and legal agreements. Document reconciliation processes and maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance requirements.

  • Lead the quarterly forecast process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure the timely and accurate preparation of forecast models.

  • Manage all aspects of Company secretarial  duties, including facilitating board meetings and ensuring compliance with corporate governance. Coordinate corporate filings and submissions to regulatory authorities, ensuring accuracy and timelines in accordance with statutory obligations.

  • Take ownership of Investran control framework and Employee Incentive Plan (“EIP”) framework, ensuring their effectiveness, integrity and compliance with requirements. Continuously assess the adequacy of controls and procedures, identifying and implementing enhancements to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.

  • Lead the coordination and execution of Fund GPs for fund closings and ensuring seamless transitions and timey completion of finance transfers (Plc/EBT transfers)

  • Provide comprehensive support for the Four-Eye review process for the Limited Partnership Agreements ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Manage cash and liquidity, including bridge facilities and covenant reporting

  • Support the implementation of new in-house systems and procedures

Key Requirements/ Qualifications

You will have demonstrable experience of: 

  • BSc/Ba - Preferably with ACA, CIMA, ACCA

  • Experience in UK, European, Asian closed end Fund structures with Lux GAAP

  • Experience in either Fund Administration, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Asset Management, Co-Investment/Carried Interests, Accounting

  • Operational excellence and meticulous attention to detail are critical

  • Very strong team player who is happy to work in a collegiate and consultative manner

  • Strong knowledge of fund financials and reporting issues

  • Conscientious with excellent diligence

  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, and strong PowerPoint
