Industrial Engineering & Planning Manager Ensure Forecast is properly reflected in the planning systems, ensuring customer requirements are incorporated into the planning process; Use industrial engineering best practice to develop optimal inventory policies and parameters, resulting in minimizing inventory costs; Reflect the supply plan in the planning systems, ensure production schedules are planned in-line with operating plan, resulting in the most efficient use of plant capacity, including manufacturing sites, distribution sites and toll manufacturing sites; Manage working capital targets and levels that allow the most efficient use of invested capital; Support the new product launches to ensure customer needs are met; Ensure that procurement has visibility on the raw material needs based on requirements, forecast, and operating plan, ensuring procurement has the proper needs for acquiring raw materials at the most cost-effective levels; Oversee consignment warehouse inventories to ensure appropriate inventory levels that balance company cost with customer satisfaction; Plan and manage tolling production needs to reach the most effective production cost for the business; Use process improvement knowledge to identify opportunities for enhancements to the overall materials handling processes in the business, eliminating wasted time and reducing materials inventory cost; Ensure SAP is used for planning, handling one source of information for the different processes since Demand Planning, to MPR (material requirement planning), passing through scheduling, replenishment planning, capacity planning; Handle the planning and scheduling of multi sites with manufacturing, distribution, and toll manufacturing operations.

Requirements – Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in supply chain/industrial engineering. Special skills - Experience with implementing S&OP initiatives; balancing Supply/Demand in a multi-site/multi-line environment; logistics and inventory management; managing people; SAP in Planning, scheduling, warehousing and procurement modules; supply chain network optimization; project management.
