Summary:
As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Ensure efficient resource management for project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Analyze project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Implement best practices for service integration and management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:
a. Good experience on ITIL and service management and handle all the ITSM processes along with Running the Major incident bridges and CAB calls
b. Assigning tasks to the team throughout each work day that are based on SLAs, technician availability, and the technician's skills.
c. Defining and managing service level agreements with customers
d. The service manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors.

Additional Information:
Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
- Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
