Paid Search Consultants will be responsible for launching and managing paid search campaigns. The ideal consultant will have 6-7 years of experience, a deep understanding of Google Ads current best practices, and be able to be both hands on and fully autonomous. This person’s first order of business will be to audit the current paid search program and provide strategic recommendations around campaign structure, budget allocation, bid strategies, creative, and other optimizations designed to improve the paid search program. Consultants will have a strong test & learn mindset - advising on a strategic testing roadmap and implementing new tests.
