What you'll do...
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join the Driver Research & Insights Team for Spark Driver. This individual will assist in end-to-end research initiatives conducting both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The ideal candidate will have some experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and analysis, with a keen interest in assisting in generating actionable insights to impact business decisions. In this role you will be part of a quickly growing part of the business and will help enable expansion and decision making through your research.
What You Will Do
· Assist in the execution of mixed methods research projects about the gig delivery space including study design (writing surveys, writing discussion guides, etc.), survey programming, data collection, analysis, and reporting
· Support collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive research initiatives aligned with business objectives
· Help in conducting thorough analysis of research findings and translating them into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
· Aid in uncovering strategic insights using primary research and internal data to help shape strategies and plans
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in market research, gig economy, and gig delivery driving
You’ll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If:
· You have foundational knowledge or coursework in a broad range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
· You are eager to learn about the gig industry, online delivery, or marketplace economy as well as voice of the driver/customer or loyalty program research
· You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with day-to-day ambiguity
· You have a structured thought process and strong problem-solving skills
· You can tell a story with data to help stakeholders make informed decisions
· You are a strategic thinker, willing to bridge the needs of the business with research insights
· You are comfortable with learning to influence others, managing stakeholders, and communicating clearly
Minimum Qualifications:
· Experience and/or passion for quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
· Bachelor’s degree or 2 years’ experience in consumer insights, market research, strategy, analytics, and/or brand management
· Ability to translate business needs into appropriate research methods
· Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data
· Some experience writing and programming surveys and/or discussion guides
· Some experience programming and analyzing mixed method studies in research tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, Alchemer, SPSS, or similar platforms
· The ability to build partnerships, communicate, and collaborate effectively within an organization and work in a team setting
· Outstanding presentation skills with strong ability to independently translate and communicate data and findings into actionable business insights and recommendations

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
