Overview of Position
As a member of our European Claims team, your main responsibility will be to assess and resolve insurance claims. We are proud to work with one of the largest telecom brands in the Netherlands. We are seeking candidates who have an excellent command of the Dutch language, good listening skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with our customers. This role involves providing service to ensure that customers receive assistance with their claims in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged mobile phone or gadget.
