Order Management Analyst
As an Order management analyst, you are responsible for checking and validating sales order data focused on upholding data quality standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness upon receipt.
Your role:
Manage sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place.
Manage backorders with the Factory to ensure Customer Requirements are met.
Prepare, organize, and lead weekly order book review meeting between factory and market (group).
Responsible to release customer billing as requested by the market finance policy and create customer facing documents which meet local fiscal and legal requirements on time and first-time right.
Act as single point of contact to the logistics organization for assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects.
You're the right fit if:
You have no prior experience, but preferably have knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Order Management.
You hold a high school diploma or have vocational education certification.
You are knowledgeable MS Office Suite.Knowledge in AI, Power BI, SAP or equivalent ERP system is preferred.
You are a customer-focused professional with critical thinking, strong communication skills, and innovative problem-solving skills. You excel at meeting tight deadlines, resolving escalated issues, and are forward-thinking with strong organizational abilities.
You have an advanced knowledge of the English language.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
