The National Security Sector has an opening for a Personal Care Assistant who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Northern Virginia.  This is a new position with tremendous opportunity for personal and professional growth, an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting medical services in the National Security arena. 

You must be able to obtain a TS/SCI with poly before employment

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) will:

  • Assist clientele with performing activities of daily living that an individual would typically perform if he or she did not have a disability, ie, hygiene needs, feeding, transporting in a wheelchair, escorting to vehicle and other activities as required

  • Assist with minor office duties to include, but not limited to, printing, faxing, etc.

  • Responsible for providing personal hygiene assistance throughout the day

  • Promote personal safety and a safe environment for assigned personnel

  • Perform other duties as required

  • Comply with established policies and procedures

  • Have a passion for supporting others

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

  • High School/High School equivalent and 5 years of PCA experience or additional years if experience in lieu of degree

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Active PCA Certification

Pay Range:

Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
