About the Role

This role is dedicated to providing high-impact analytical and strategic support to CFO to ensure continued success of growth and profitability

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct environment scans, organizational positioning analysis and market intelligence

  • Act as a key liaison between the CFO Office and other departments to ensure business KPIs are strategically aligned and effectively executed and monitored

  • Support CFO to highly involve in company-wide key strategic priorities 

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • 20+ years related experience in insurance industry, domain knowledge in Actuarial, Finance, Distribution Management, Investment is preferred

  • A broad and solid understanding of the operational model of a Life company, including the regulatory and control environments

  • Experience of project/program management and managerial position at a senior level in a complex business environment.

  • Strong business ethics and integrity; ability to make sound judgment on controversial issues

  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at the highest level (internal & external), advanced planning and organizing skills, and excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in Mandarin; good command of both written and oral English
