JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position reporting to Sr Compliance Manager, and will be based in Shanghai;

• Interpret and apply company compliance policy and requirements.
• Conduct compliance trainings based on policy requirements and issues identified.
• Conduct risk assessment for projects and events.
• Provide guidance to business from compliance perspectives.
• Conduct monitoring on events and expenses to identify potential issues.
• Conduct data analysis on different data sources to track trends and identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate compliance projects and collaborate with shareholders.

Requirements:

• High level of integrity with good ethical core values;
• BA/BS, advanced degree or equivalent;
• Minimum of 3 years of compliance experience in healthcare industry;
• Proficiency in Power BI and data analytics;
• Strong communication skills;
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal).
