The recruiter position at Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is a challenging, fast-paced opportunity for a creative, highly organized candidate with excellent time-management skills and enjoy working with people. The ideal candidate will enjoy matching talent with opportunity and know how to build sourcing relationships in the local community. Must be able to work independently as well as enjoy being part of dynamic team of service professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Ideally have experience with the FM Industry and recruiting for roles such as maintenance or facilities technicians, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, BMS/CMMS building engineers.
  • 2-4 years sourcing or full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Previous knowledge of ATS or HRIS systems
  • Use of tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing
  • The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Essential Functions

  • Interview, screen, evaluate, hire, and train employees.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
  • Complete extensive necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and administering background checks and document verification.
  • Work with Hiring Managers to identify top skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients' staffing requirement.
  • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.

  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office.
