COE Team Lead - Security Engineering Education & Culture

 

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing security training programs that will empower our engineering teams with the knowledge and skills they need to protect Group products and infrastructure. You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative training materials, conducting workshops, and staying ahead of the latest security trends and threats to ensure our teams are always prepared. You will also coordinate security engineering events both internal and externally and manage the security engineering job architecture and career development frameworks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive security training programs for engineering staff across the Group
• Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, documentation, and interactive content
• Conduct regular workshops and training sessions to keep teams informed of the latest security practices
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive security education strategy
• Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in security engineering or a related field

- Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and tools

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to create engaging and informative training materials

- Passion for educating and empowering others with security knowledge

- Understanding on Industry based security training programmes and certifications

- Experience in DevSecOps with a focus on the culture thereof
