Job Description:

The Director, Global Security & Facilities Operations will be a key leader in daily operations of the Dallas Campus facilities team, as well as developing and implementing comprehensive physical security strategies to protect CoreLogic’s employees, assets and intellectual property. Reports to Sr. Director of Real Estate & Facilities Management.

  • Develop policies, standards and guidelines related to enterprise wide physical security and safety.
  • Perform security assessments at CoreLogic offices and facilities to evaluate compliance with security standards and procedures, identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation measures.
  • Evaluate suspected security breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify and operationalize best practices through development of standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Manage the Security Operation Command (SOC) center personnel, processes and procedures.
  • Perform investigation of business misconduct and loss related events.
  • Respond to inquiries from various business units and corporate functions, and interpret security policies and standards in support of the business and customer requirements.
  • Develop safety guidelines, emergency response and crisis management plans and related tools.
  • Provide oversight and consultation support for security technology projects including access control systems, CCTV and alarm monitoring systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships with contract security officer and security integrator partners.
  • Develop physical security reporting tools and track and report physical security metrics on an ongoing basis
  • Develop and conduct security related training for employees as needed in areas such as travel security, workplace violence, security awareness and loss prevention.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local and regional law enforcement and government agencies and private security organizations.
  • Contribute to enterprise objectives by reducing real estate and facility build costs, improving employee productivity, enabling enterprise growth, and promoting brand awareness.
  • Project management of office build-outs, restacks, moves/relocations, including scope development & requirements gathering with internal customers, budgeting, creation of timelines/schedules, coordinating third parties and vendors, tracking progress and communicating to stakeholders.
  • Provide cross functional leadership for strategic initiatives and projects collaborating and communicating with other internal stakeholders, including business unit, Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Sourcing.
  • Communicate with executive leadership, internal stakeholders, real estate brokers, property managers, outside consultants, contractors and internal support functions to keep CRE projects on track, drive results and manage expectations.
  • Proactively track, manage, and drive resolution of project risks, issues, and action items on a timely basis.
  • Manage facilities, office services and physical security team members.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years corporate security experience, military or law enforcement background, as well as general business management experience

  • Security, risk or life safety certification including CPP or PSP

  • Ability to perform routine tasks with minimal instruction

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb capacity

  • Works well in team environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer Service oriented

  • Physical Security Standards and Procedures

  • Investigation and interview techniques

  • Emergency Response / Crisis Management

  • Security Technology: Access Controls, CCTV, alarm monitoring

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to handle physical tasks

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience across real estate, property and facilities management.

  • 5-7 years in leadership roles with budgetary responsibility and a referenceable track record in value creation.

  • Demonstrates the ability to work cooperatively across all levels of the organization

  • Ability to perform complex tasks and analysis with minimal instruction

  • Ability to lead a distributed team

  • Exceptional facilitation and negotiating skills

  • Excellent MS Software skills (MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access)

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills (clear, concise and structured communications)

  • Familiarity with physical security systems and operations, including guard force manage, access control systems and CCTV technologies
