We’re looking for a coordinator to support business communication needs and the day to-day operations of the innovation center (in Beijing, should travel frequently between shanghai and Beijing). The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, organized and should be skilled in developing and maintaining workplace relationships. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals.

Duties/Responsibilities 

• Interact with all levels of the organization and business teams to support internal communication needs for all functions (SHL, VAR, function team, BLs) in Greater China
• Internal process and budget management
• Implement CSR and employee programs/meetings
• Well-organized visits for innovation center
• Draft internal communication material including posts, documents and reports, as well as meeting minutes
• Other tasks required for the position

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in communication, marketing or a related field, overseas educational experience preferred
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Ability to write persuasively and prepare accurate reports in both languages
• Excellent cross-team communication skills and target-orientated working attitudes
• Familiarity with graphic design/photography/social media management is a plus
