Job Description

The Cyber Professional Services Team Lead is responsible for executing and managing teams throughout the lifecycle of consulting engagements with valued customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse team of experienced engineers and consultants while also accomplishing individual projects.
  • Mentor team members to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects in areas such as Assessment, Audit, Design, and Implementation within Network, Security, Virtualization, and Wireless domains.
  • Ensure a Connected Enterprise by implementing solutions for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
  • Collaborate with peers, clients, and vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations against industry standards during project documentation reviews.
  • Design and deploy Networking, Virtualization, Security, and Wireless solutions in process automation and discrete controls environments.
  • Support converged business and manufacturing/industrial systems to align with customer business strategies.
  • Write detailed documentation, including user needs, system specifications, and remediation recommendations.• Traveling 25% to 50% domestically and internationally.

The Essentials – You Will Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field with 5+ years of experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Control Systems, Network Engineering, and Industrial Security Controls.
  • Hands-on experience configuring IT/OT equipment, including Cisco Switches, Cisco Firewalls, Virtual Server Environments, and Anti-Virus Software.
  • Commercial with the ability to handle multiple diverse projects.
  • Team-based mentoring skills within a environment that promotes growth.
  • Solid technical expertise in EtherNet/IP, including assessment, design, and implementation of complex systems.
  • Familiarity with security and networking concepts, manufacturing and enterprise network convergence, network protocols, and system performance.
  • Experience designing and deploying solutions in virtual environments.
  • Previous experience working in large, diverse teams completing full project lifecycle implementations.
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in Brasil.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

  • Cisco, VMware, or SANS certifications.
  • Extensive design and implementation experience in the Operations Technology (OT) space.
  • In-depth understanding of Ethernet/IP and CIP protocols.
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation Software or Programming packages.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
