Icon.SH is Nike’s in-house production studio that leverages world class expertise and capabilities to unlock China-right content at daily speed and extensive scale.   

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a seasoned Producer to spearhead our expanding operations. The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing & managing different production projects across Nike's digital channels in Greater China. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the field of e-commerce. They will establish and uphold processes, ensuring adherence to Production Best Practices and be responsible for the safe, consistent, timely, and cost-effective production to stakeholder businesses, as well as the scalable development of the workflows that make that possible.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you will be accountable for production deliverables that the studio works on, alongside the growth of the team. To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized, innovative, curious, have a strong understanding of production at scale (especially ecommerce and livestreaming) and its requirements on facilities, industry-specific tools, infrastructure, systems, team and support. This individual must be highly resourceful, have excellent communication abilities and work well in complex cross-functional teams. An ability to be flexible and work in a dynamic, high-volume, and fast-paced environment to meet the needs of our business are critical to success.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Reporting to the head of Icon.SH, you will regularly collaborate with key members of the studio team and external partners, and serve as one of the key liaisons for e-commerce and livestreaming in Greater China. You will partner closely with team leaders in Post Production, Operations, Creative, Business Affairs, Legal, Finance and Technology; as well as Icon Studio leaders globally. Additionally, you will manage the whole team of Producers/ external partners for the Shanghai studio.

WHAT YOU BRING

•Minimum 7+ years experience leading specialized Production teams in live streaming/ ecommerce
•Minimum 10+ years experience working in Production

•Advanced knowledge of production at scale, and expertise in video production (specialty in live stream)

•Adept at conflict resolution, anticipating potential problems and implementing solutions
•Experienced people leader / Ability to lead and direct the work of others
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with key production, casting and post-production vendors
•High threshold for working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment, adapting as you go
•Well versed in scheduling, contract negotiation, billing/payments management and cost reporting
•Oversight of on-time delivery and on-budget production execution
•Promotes the continuous improvement of creative processes, communications, and cross-departmental partnerships
•Thrives in a fast-paced, fast-growing, collaborative environment
•Collaborative team player interested in quality creativity and continuous innovation
•Strong verbal and written communicator in Chinese and English
•Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
