The Warehouse Lead -Finished Goods is responsible for all activities being performed at WH of Finished Goods and Packaging Material stores at Cornwala Plant including Integrated Pest Management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Critical deliverables
- Strategically coordinate the receipt of inbound goods from production, ensuring adherence to standardized storage protocols.
- Engage in forward-thinking storage planning that aligns with production schedules.
- Direct warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety and security measures.
- Maintain storage environments to safeguard against detrimental weather conditions.
- Execute delivery and fulfillment processes with a focus on customer satisfaction to meet Perfect Order benchmarks.
- Reduce customer complaints by enhancing dispatch quality.
- Administer outbound logistics in compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Lead and educate the team in cutting-edge warehouse methodologies.
- Ensure the continuous operation of Material Handling Equipment to prevent operational delays.
- Facilitate both internal and external audits conducted by customers or third parties.
- Effectively handle emergency situations as they arise at the facility.
- Uphold a sanitary and orderly warehouse environment in accordance with food-grade Quality Management Systems.
- Offer guidance and leadership to bolster overall warehouse operations.
- Compile and manage comprehensive records and reports pertaining to warehouse tasks, staff, and machinery.
- Provide insights and implement modifications for inventory and stock management.
- Liaise with order processing and inventory sectors to coordinate necessary adjustments.
- Oversee Integrated Pest Management activities to ensure the integrity of finished goods.
- Agility and Innovation
- Regularly generate and update reports and statistics to maintain a comprehensive record of warehouse activities.
- Optimize logistics management to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction (CS).
- Ensure the warehouse’s physical upkeep by designing and implementing layout improvements, conducting equipment inspections, and managing repair and maintenance requests.
- Proactively identify and address workplace hazards, safety risks, and areas for operational enhancement.
- Persistently pursue excellence in operations without compromising the standards of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Take charge of and successfully execute special projects as assigned by management.
- Strategically deploy manpower to fulfill organizational goals, ensuring effective staff scheduling.
- Formulate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate team performance
- Effective Decision-Making: Make timely decisions to optimize staff productivity and job execution.
- Collaboration with 3P Contractors: Work closely with third-party contractors to ensure efficient execution of various tasks.
- Team Problem-Solving: Facilitate problem-solving by actively involving teammates in discussions and seeking their input.
- Performance Management:
- Communicate clear job expectations to staff.
- Plan, monitor, and assess job results.
- Provide feedback and appraisal.
- Employee Development:
- Coach and counsel employees to enhance their performance.
- Implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Systems and Policies:
- Contribute to the development and coordination of effective systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 6 - 8 Years’ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics management.
- English fluency, both written and spoken
