Summary:
As a Workplace Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of workplace services across multiple locations, ensuring that space planning and facilities management align with organizational goals. This role requires continuous monitoring of safety compliance and providing onsite support to maintain a secure and efficient environment. The practitioner utilizes various tools and data-driven solutions to enhance workplace functionality, fostering an atmosphere that supports employee productivity and meets evolving business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to maintaining well-managed and high-quality workspaces.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve workplace service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to address workplace challenges and implement best practices.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Orchestrate.
- Strong knowledge of workplace management systems and space planning methodologies.
- Experience in managing safety compliance and facilities operations across multiple sites.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage technology solutions to optimize workplace environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Capability to lead and manage projects that enhance workplace functionality and employee experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Orchestrate.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
