This position reports to:
IS Service Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and provide specific, end-to-end Information Systems (IS) solutions/services within the defined scope. Each day, you will execute the IS solution/service delivery utilizing the internal IS delivery units, IS Operations team members, and external third-party IS service suppliers in a “core and flex model,” as advised. You will also showcase your expertise by providing consultation, input, and resolution for any incident, change, or project which has/might have a major impact on the relevant IS solutions/services.
The work model for the role is: onsite
Act as the main point of contact between business and IT for IT Domain services
Gather and prioritize business demands for IT services and solutions
Ensure reliable delivery and performance of IT services
Coordinate IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvements
Manage escalations and support the resolution of major incidents
Experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, or IT project coordination
Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience managing multiple priorities and resolving issues
Fluent English and Czech
