Job Description
Companion Animal UI/UX Designer
As the UI/UX Designer, you will bring user experience design, data insights, and best-of-breed technologies together, playing a critical role in creating satisfying and compelling experiences for product end users, transforming vision into reality.
This is where ideas become technologies, and cutting-edge technologies become solutions for animal care and management. You will lead the design process from ideation and concept development to detailed design, prototyping, and user testing, ensuring that the final product is based on real user feedback rather than assumptions.
This role is cross-functional and requires a strategic thinker, comfortable with ensuring alignment with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to create great customer journeys that deliver business impact.
Leveraging decades of Technological Research & Development experience across many markets, technologies and species, along with development environments and Quality Assurance procedures, we're always inventing new ways to look after the health and well-being of animals. Our decades of experience keep us ahead of the curve by leveraging advanced Technological Solutions from enhancing the precious bond between people and their pets, to advancing animal healthcare and wildlife preservation.
Reporting to the Centre of Excellence Lead, the role will collaborate with product managers, Development teams, and the other designers in the wider global team, in designing innovative, user-centred products that support animal health and welfare in both mobile and web apps.
The ideal candidate is a creative and independent individual, but one that knows how to work within a team, with experience in leading and implementing cross-functional UI/UX developments and programs. A designer with a proven experience in holistic product development and has a great design and UX instincts.
