Preferred Qualifications:
English language communications required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Advanced computer skills; Opera, Workbook, and Delphi.fdc systems experience preferred.
One year of experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Develops a relationship with clients by reaching out once a contract has been made, and then maintaining contact on a regular basis.
Prepares resumes.
Responsible for blocking group rooms prior to arrival.
Prints keys and checks group guests in on day of arrival.
Makes any changes to rooming lists or reservations for client once the group arrives.
Works with Housekeeping, Engineering, Meetings & Events, and Sales to satisfy all client requests.
Maintains accurate recaps of groups and high transient periods.
Attends pre-conference meetings when required.
Reviews group resumes and billing profile information.
Answers department phone lines.
Other duties as assigned.
