Position Start Date No Earlier Than December 23, 2024

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • English language communications required.  

  • Excellent customer service skills.  

  • Advanced computer skills; Opera, Workbook, and Delphi.fdc systems experience preferred.  

  • One year of experience in the hotel industry is preferred. 

  • Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develops a relationship with clients by reaching out once a contract has been made, and then maintaining contact on a regular basis. 

  • Prepares resumes.  

  • Responsible for blocking group rooms prior to arrival.  

  • Prints keys and checks group guests in on day of arrival.   

  • Makes any changes to rooming lists or reservations for client once the group arrives.  

  • Works with Housekeeping, Engineering, Meetings & Events, and Sales to satisfy all client requests.  

  • Maintains accurate recaps of groups and high transient periods.  

  • Attends pre-conference meetings when required.  

  • Reviews group resumes and billing profile information.  

  • Answers department phone lines.  

  • Other duties as assigned.
