The Clinical Operations Program Manager is responsible for supporting the expansion of BAMF Health’s RadioNexus clinical trials network by leading operational stand-up and stabilizing early trial execution at new partner sites. This role focuses on translating established clinical trial operating models into site-specific execution, coordinating across multiple functional teams, and resolving operational gaps that arise during onboarding and early delivery.

This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role designed for the build phase of network growth. The position emphasizes cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and field leadership rather than people management or steady-state operational ownership.

  • Lead operational stand-up of new RadioNexus partner sites from onboarding through early trial execution

  • Translate standardized clinical trial workflows, SOPs, and staffing models into site-specific execution plans

  • Coordinate with Start Up & Regulatory to support activation readiness and early execution stability

  • Partner with clinical operations, data, lab, and nuclear medicine imaging and therapy enablement teams to align site capabilities with protocol requirements

  • Identify operational gaps, risks, and dependencies during site onboarding and drive resolution in collaboration with functional leaders

  • Provide on-site operational support during early trial execution to stabilize workflows and performance

  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to refinement of network playbooks, SOPs, and readiness criteria

  • Serve as a central point of coordination during early execution, escalating issues and risks appropriately

  • Support consistent trial execution standards across RadioNexus sites during the build phase

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5 years of experience in clinical trial operations or clinical research delivery required

  • Experience supporting new site, program, or trial start-up activities required

Preferred Qualifications:
