What you'll do...
The Director of New Verticals & Vendor Management is at the forefront of innovation, leading the charge in developing and scaling new delivery solutions that set us apart in the market. This role demands a strategic leader with a startup mindset, who thrives in ambiguity, seizes opportunities, and drives transformative projects from concept to execution. This person will be a key leader in our Customer Delivery organization, and work with cross-functional partners to bring new programs to life.
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to join us in shaping the future of our delivery services. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Van Delivery, this role will spearhead the incubation of new delivery propositions, test and pilot innovative projects that enhance our last-mile delivery capabilities. The Director will also oversee vendor relationships, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
The role is based in BENTONVILLE, AR.

Incubating Innovative Ideas: Pioneering new process development, piloting innovative projects, and integrating new delivery services to enhance our last-mile delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Leading Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Utilizing the PDCA cycle to drive continuous improvement, crafting robust business cases, and generating insightful white papers to inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Vendor Management: Overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring they support our strategic goals, from RFP and selection to ongoing partnership optimization and financial administration.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
