As a Social Media Marketing Manager at CMC Markets, you will own and execute the organic social media strategy across key European markets—including the UK and support other markets within Europe. This role combines social content creation, community building, and reputation management. 

Based in Warsaw, you’ll work cross-functionally with brand, product, PR, and customer support teams to craft compelling narratives, build engaged communities, and strengthen our presence across platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube and industry-specific communities. You’ll also take a proactive role in managing reviews and maintaining a strong brand voice across all social and community channels. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the day-to-day social media strategy and execution across UK and support other EU markets on a regular basis.

  • Develop and own the Social Media Calendar for the UK

  • Manage and grow official CMC Markets profiles across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and TradingView 

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, legal) to produce high-quality content that educates, engages, and drives awareness 

  • Build and moderate a thriving online community, actively participating in conversations and nurturing brand advocates 

  • Monitor, respond to, and manage reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot, Google Reviews, App Stores, and financial review forums 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries 

  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, YouTube or other channels for brand accounts 

  • Demonstrated ability to build brand communities, drive engagement, and manage online reputations 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must; proficiency in German or another European language is a plus

  • Experiences in producing social media Content through tools like Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools

  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and visual style per region and platform

  • Ability to collaborate with designers, compliance, and cross-regional teams under tight deadline

  • Familiarity with financial services, trading platforms, or B2C digital products is a plus
