• Responsable del cumplimiento de los procedimientos y políticas relativas al cierre diario.
• Responsable de mantener el fondo fijo y el desglose por tipo de moneda, necesarios para la operación diaria.
• Efectúa la cuadratura de caja diaria
• Asegura todo los materiales y las provisiones estén disponibles.
• Asegura que todos los productos de alimentación están preparados según recetas establecidas.
• Debe ser capaz de ejecutar la preparación designada en las estaciones establecidas.
• Prepara el alimento según la previsión de las ventas y el nivel de negocio que se encuentre.
• Mantener los productos con su debida fecha de caducidad.
• Realizar proceso de rotación de los productos.
• Apoya en la entrega de productos.
• Notificar a su Supervisor /Gerente del inventario, recomendar y comunicar las oportunidades concernientes a las situaciones.
• Trabajo en entorno dinámico y demandante con clientes y compañeros.
• Cualquier otra función propia o inherente al cargo o posición que se indica en dicho contrato.
