Role Overview:

• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in Workday Technology , HR Domain and MS SQL Server Database
• Solves complex problems
• Works independently, receives minimal guidance
• May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

About Role:

  • Clarify business requirements, map to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions.
  • Solve CDS (MS SQL Server Database) related Integration issues
  • Convert client requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing.
  • Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams.
  • Document changes and create troubleshooting guide. Work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

About You:

  • 3 to 6 Years - Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in Workday Technology and HR Domain.
  • Good hand on experience in MS SQL Server
  • Solves complex problems.
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
  • May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
