Responsable Financier Commercial sera chargé de piloter la planification financière, les prévisions, la budgétisation et l’analyse de performance afin de soutenir la prise de décision stratégique et d’améliorer la performance financière. Ce rôle exige une compréhension approfondie des indicateurs financiers, des leviers business et la capacité à communiquer efficacement les analyses aux parties prenantes clés.

Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting:
Lead the preparation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Analyze financial trends, performance metrics, and key business drivers to provide accurate forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Prepare and deliver monthly and annual management reports and dashboards.
Analyze variances between actual performance and budget/forecast, identifying key drivers and actionable insights.
Strategic Support
Provide financial modeling and decision support for business cases, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Support the leadership team in scenario planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement
Optimize financial planning and reporting processes, leveraging tools and systems to improve efficiency.
Implement best practices in data analysis and financial modeling.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a financial business partner to various departments, providing insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with regional or global finance teams to align on financial goals and processes.
Job requirements
Native French and fluent English is a must
5-10 years’ experience in finance. Prefered with at least 1-3 yers experience in a leadership position with people responsibilities
Experience in Agriculture/Pharma, Technology or FMCG industries will be an advantage.
Accounting/Finance Degree with a professional qualification in accounting / analysis or MBA Finance. Deep understanding of Share Holder Value creation and elements of ROIC
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have worked in an ERP environment – e.g. SAP, Oracle
Must be capable and willing to work in an unstructured environment typically associated with start-ups / new companies.
