Support HR Digital & Technology Transformation

  • Lead or contribute to HR technology assessments, digital capability reviews, and vendor selection
  • Support HR system implementations and optimisations alongside HR teams, IT, and vendors
  • Translate HR requirements into technology, data, and integration considerations
  • Contribute to HR digital roadmaps, business cases, and phased implementation approaches
  • Apply a strong understanding of implementation realities, including data, integrations, change, and risk

Act as a Bridge Between HR, IT, and the Business

  • Work across HR, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly language, and vice versa

Lead and Develop Others

  • Manage and coach junior consultants, providing clear direction and feedback
  • Take ownership of quality and consistency of project deliverables
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness, including scope and budget considerations
