Summary: Security and Controls : IAM Consultant As a Security Engineer, you will apply your security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement security measures, conducting assessments to identify vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will also engage in proactive monitoring of systems to detect and respond to potential threats, while continuously improving security protocols to safeguard the organization’s information and infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in security practices. - Develop and maintain documentation related to security processes and protocols. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM). - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with risk assessment and management methodologies. - Familiarity with security incident response and management. - Knowledge of network security principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
