About the team/ Offering (Optional)

Our Business Continuity & Resilience team supports enterprise continuity programs across multiple regions and business units. The team partners with IT, SAP, infrastructure, business, risk, and compliance stakeholders to help ensure the organization is prepared to respond effectively to disruptions. Through business continuity planning, disaster recovery alignment, risk assessments, testing exercises, incident response coordination, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement, the team helps strengthen service resilience and operational readiness across complex enterprise environments.

About the Role

Essential Job Functions:

As a Senior Business Continuity & Resilience Analyst, you will support and manage enterprise continuity programs to help ensure the organization is prepared to respond to business and technology disruptions. You will develop and maintain business continuity plans, support disaster recovery strategies, coordinate business impact analyses and risk assessments, facilitate continuity testing exercises, and support incident response and crisis management activities. This role requires strong continuity program management experience, stakeholder coordination, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively within IT and business environments.

  • Lead and support the execution of business continuity programs across multiple regions or business units.
  • Develop, maintain, and update Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities and risk assessments.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Plan and execute continuity testing exercises, including simulations, tabletop exercises, and recovery drills.
  • Manage incident response coordination during disruptions and support crisis management activities.
  • Collaborate with IT, SAP, infrastructure, and business teams to support service resilience.
  • Track program metrics, risks, gaps, and remediation actions.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the continuity and resilience framework.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, or related areas.
  • Proven experience managing continuity programs at an enterprise level.
  • Experience working in IT environments, preferably with SAP or enterprise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks.
  • Experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, and continuity planning.
  • Program management, stakeholder coordination, governance, reporting, and compliance process experience.
  • Ability to manage incidents, crisis situations, and escalation processes.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and risk or continuity tools.
  • Advanced English level required for global communication.

Other Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301, ITIL, PMP, or similar are preferred.
  • Experience in nearshore or global delivery models is preferred.
  • Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, and SAP environments is a plus.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organization, coordination, and attention to detail are preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis scenarios is a plus.
