Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Design IP Operations manager to lead and oversee third party IP operations ensuring compliance and standards. This role is critical for overseeing all aspects of Third-Party IP management including working with IP vendors, reviewing contracts, defining a pricing model for IP licenses, driving the royalty reporting process, audits, and overseeing vendor onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess strong IP and Project management skills with an experience of working closely with legal, Procurement and finance teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end third-party IP acquisition process
  • Collaborate closely with legal and finance teams for contract reviews and export control compliance
  • Manage the IP royalty workflow in collaboration with finance teams
  • Lead and facilitate internal and external audits
  • Define pricing models for IP licenses
  • Define metrics for new vendor onboarding criteria and ensure NDAs and other agreements are in place
  • Support project management initiatives related to third party workflow
  • Manage IP registration and tapeout reporting processes with vendors
  • Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to streamline IP contracts management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or higher degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in IP management and Contract reviews
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with royalty reporting processes and audit practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives
