Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited pharmacy degree program (Bachelor of Science or Pharm. D)
Experience: None
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: Eligible to take the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy license Examination
Special Requirement: Incumbents may continue in this classification for up to 6 months and must pass the Pharmacy Board examination.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of the principles and procedures associated with pharmacology. Ability to prioritize work. Good communication skills along with the ability to translate technical information into terms the general public can understand. Knowledge of professional standards and state and federal guidelines governing the dispensing of drugs. Computer skills.
