What you will be doing

  • As a Client Relations Account Manager, you are the face of FIS for our clients.

  • You will be responsible for assisting retirement servicing needs, navigating internal teams and providing solutions in a timely and accurate manner.

  • As primary liaison, you are responsible for escalation, effective oversight of client projects and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building of relationships with client contacts and management and coordination of the client loyalty process.

  • Responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, overall management of the relationship and client retention activities.

  • Answers customer inquiries, primarily over the telephone, e-mail or facsimile.

  • Develops strong working relationships with assigned clients and FIS resources.

  • Serves as primary point of contact for external clients and various departments/divisions to resolve outstanding issues, comply with customer requests and respond to client inquiries

  • Provides support in research and resolution of problems and inquiries.

  • Coordinates with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts.

  • Keeps abreast of new products/services and changes to existing products/services.

  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, services and company policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for tracking and coordinating the resolution of customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.

  • You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience working with Retirement plans

  • 1+ years Relius software experience

  • 1+ year Client Relationship Management experience

  • Organizational skills

  • Critical Thinking/Troubleshooting

  • Time Management

  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $58,910.00 - $96,000.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
