Are you a talented UI Artist with a passion for mobile game art? Through iteration, you will work closely with the Art Director and production team to establish the visual direction and ultimately the final in-game art for our mobile products. You will be responsible for conceiving and finishing high quality artwork ranging from stylized buttons and iconography to gorgeous 3D backgrounds.

As a visionary, you will utilize your skills in Blender and Photoshop  to create original high-quality artwork and layered images that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Use Blender (or comparable 3D program) and Photoshop to create original high-quality artwork and layered images that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create impactful backgrounds, layouts, environments, prop designs, and UI such as buttons, frames, icons, etc.
  • Provide concepts, mock-ups, style guides and placeholder art that is usable throughout development.
  • Seek out critiques and opportunities to improve; iterate without attachment.
  • Guide art development to ensure quality and consistency across different mobile devices.
  • Become an industry expert on mobile art UI development approaches and processes.
  • Be a team player who listens to, encourages, and supports others.

Qualifications for Position:

  • Degree in Illustration, Graphic Design or similar equivalent training and/or work experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience on mobile games.
  • Demonstrable skills with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • A portfolio showing strong art and artistic design skills and understanding.
  • A growth mindset that embraces continuous learning.
  • Positive attitude with a desire to be a driving force of a friendly, upbeat and supportive development environment.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role.  The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The pay range annual base salary for this role is $110,00-$135,000.
