In this role, you will support the intake, triage, planning, and execution of provider communications across multiple programs and initiatives. You will serve as a central coordination point between business partners, product owners, communications leads, and operational teams—helping translate requests into clear project plans and ensuring work moves efficiently from intake to delivery.

This position will also support ongoing maintenance of Provider Manuals and reference materials, helping ensure content remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with legal, compliance, and operational requirements.

  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for provider communications initiatives; proactively identify and escalate risks or dependencies.
  • Maintain a centralized communications calendar to track recurring initiatives, deadlines, and key milestones.
  • Serve as a primary liaison to internal partners, gathering requirements and providing regular updates on progress, timelines, proofs, and revisions.
  • Lead regular project check-ins or production meetings to ensure alignment, resolve blockers, and keep work on track.

Provider Communications & Content Support

  • Support updates to Provider Manuals and operational reference materials, coordinating reviews with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of internal and external presentation materials (PowerPoint) to support provider communications, education, and leadership updates.
  • Help secure and organize content (copy, visuals, reference materials) needed for communications and education deliverables.

Internal Support

  • Track themes, recurring questions, and trends from intake requests to support continuous improvement of communications and documentation.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses related to provider communications by coordinating inputs and timelines across teams.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and playbooks related to provider communications intake, project management, and content updates.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve intake processes, and increase transparency across projects.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience; preferably in health care, managed care or health operations
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite Applications, such as Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
