• Supervise and monitor inbound data preparation and transfer for inbound clearance to ensure the constrained code is updated in a timely and accurate manner for operation scanning.
• Supervise and monitor inbound/outbound manifest preparation. Provide timely and accurate data to both internal and external customers.
• Supervise and monitor data management operations and coordinate with related functions to ensure TTS is updated with timely and accurate information for internal and external customers tracing and tracking.
• Supervise, monitor and ensure all transshipment is keyed correctly. Provide accurate data to download site and billing department for billing.
• Supervise and monitor the preparation of operations report. Provide accurate data for management to review/control routine operations and/or problems.
• Coach and motivate employees to enhance the productivity and job satisfaction of staff.

Requirements & Qualifications 

• More than 4 years of related experience, with 1 year in management level, preferably from transportation, logistics, or Airlines industry.
• Preferably from Transportation, Logistics or Airlines industry.
• Good Computer operation knowledge.
• Familiar with UPS Data system and procedure.
• Good command of English (both writing and speaking).
