What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.
Order Management involves order processing, Receive, process and confirm customer orders in the system. Ensure order accuracy in terms of pricing, product specifications, quantity, and delivery details Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to fulfill customer orders Work well with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.. Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
What are we looking for? • Lead a small team of order management analysts or representatives.
• Serve as the first point of contact for team questions and minor escalations.
• Monitor daily order processing and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing support.
• Assist supervisor and managers with reporting and special projects.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in order management or sales operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead peers and work collaboratively
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
• Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
• You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
• Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
• In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
