The Opportunity 

The Campus Director (CD), Powidz, Poland is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operational management of a Worldwide Campus location. This includes oversight of academic advising and student success services, campus operations, budget and financial management, outreach and community engagement, and supervision of campus staff. The Campus Director serves as the primary on-site representative of the University, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, supporting student retention and enrollment goals, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with Worldwide Campus Operations and Enrollment Development leadership to ensure effective delivery of programs and services and successful progression of students from enrollment through graduation.

Key Responsibilities

Student Advising & Success

  • Provide comprehensive academic advising, including program selection, degree mapping, and graduation planning

  • Monitor student progress and proactively support retention and at-risk student populations

  • Process academic requests including waivers, program changes, transfers, and graduation applications

  • Maintain regular communication with students through email, phone, and in-person meetings

  • Ensure enforcement of university policies and maintain accurate student records and confidentiality

  • Coordinate student support services including financial aid, VA, admissions, bookstore, and tutoring resources

  • Promote student engagement opportunities including scholarships, honor societies, alumni programs, and career services

Administrative & Campus Operations

  • Oversee maintenance of accurate campus and student data in institutional systems

  • Ensure campus is audit-ready through proper financial and recordkeeping practices

  • Monitor and support campus budget execution, travel, and purchasing reconciliation

  • Ensure classroom and facility readiness for instruction, including technology systems

  • Maintain compliance with operational policies and safeguard university assets

  • Supervise staff (where applicable), including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development

Outreach & Community Relations

  • Represent the University at education fairs, military briefings, and community engagement events

  • Build and maintain relationships with local education and military partners

  • Promote University programs and services to prospective students and stakeholders

  • Support enrollment outreach initiatives and campus visibility within the region

Training & Professional Development

  • Participate in required training programs, meetings, and institutional development activities

  • Engage in University-wide initiatives including town halls, workshops, and training sessions

  • Provide feedback to improve operational tools, processes, and training effectiveness

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of campus operations and student success

Location: Powidz, Poland – This is a fully on-site, in-person position.

 Compensation 


The annual salary range for this role is up to $50,400 including an $8,000 location stipend. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range. 

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (field of study varies)

  • Master’s degree preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience required

  • Experience in higher education administration, student services, customer service, marketing, or related field preferred

  • Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong ability to work independently in a geographically dispersed environment

  • Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and team development experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure

  • Experience working effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and web-based systems

  • Strong understanding of data management and reporting systems

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently

  • Ability to travel to campus and partner sites as needed (moderate travel required)

  • Must be able to work in alignment with campus operational hours and student service needs

  • Strong commitment to student success, retention, and enrollment growth

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with institutional policies and procedures
