Join a global leader in electronic components distribution! We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Rep to drive revenue through new leads and manage 70–100 existing accounts across Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, etc.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive revenue through new lead generation and outbound sales activities
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of 70–100 existing customer accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with customers via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Identify sales opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and close deals
  • Follow opportunities from first contact through order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and sales success

What You Bring:

  • Strong interest in inside sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales activities independently
  • Knowledge of Serbian and/Croatian is a strong advantage, English is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales, customer-facing, or commercial experience
