New internal opportunity has become available in New Products and Innovation global medical Franchise as the Global Medical Product Lead (GMPL).
In this role you will (1) contribute to the assessment of/propose new vaccine assets, (2) put in place and drive the glocal ways of working, (3) Provide medical expertise to cross functional task force with R&D and Commercial, (4) and also lead medical activities/engagement with external stakeholders to drive the value recognition of these new vaccine assets.

Main Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the NPI global medical Franchise Head, the Global Medical Product Lead (GMPL) will:
Lead the development and implementation of global medical strategy and action plan of for New products and innovation:
contribute to the assessment of/propose new vaccine assets ,
(2) drive the glocal ways of working,
(3) Provide medical expertise to cross functional task force with R&D and Commercial,
(4) and also lead medical activities/engagement with external stakeholders to drive the value recognition of these new vaccine assets.
Provide medical strategic advice/expertise for the NPI medical franchise
Be a spokesperson internally and externally to present and potentially defend the franchise strategy in accordance with the scientific data and evidence
Establish, develop and maintain contacts with international (global) external experts including, international & supranational bodies
Execute global scientific meetings with international experts (e.g. advisory boards, panel discussion, …)
Foster the worldwide Sanofi Medical Community around Sanofi products, in collaboration with the rest of the global
Provide expertise to prioritized countries in support of Regional Medical plans and plans for key markets where appropriate and provide support to non-key countries/ customers who do not have sufficient local/ regional resources & capabilities
Support Global Medical departmental priority initiatives as defined by Head of Global Medical
About You
Qualifications/ Education & work experience
Preferred: Physician (preferred), Pharma, PhD
7-10 years’ experience in industry Medical roles, with 3+ years in regional/global role preferred
Prior vaccines experience is a plus
Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry or high potential for rapid development

The salary range for this position is:
$178,500.00 - $257,833.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
