We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Sanofi’s Commercial Accelerator which is at the intersection of technology, commercial and healthcare, operating in product teams and partnering closely with business stakeholders to revolutionize how we approach patient care and treatment access. Main responsibilities

Scope & Impact

• Designs and delivers software solutions that reduces time between the patients and their treatments.
• Ensures the scalability, maintainability, and reliability of the systems developed.
• Contributes to the technical vision within a project scope while aligning with the broader engineering strategy.

• Translates requirements into high-quality, performant code.
• Collaborates with peers, product owners, data scientists, and data engineers to ensure timely delivery.
• Owns technical decisions and ensures effective execution of assigned work.
• Values unowned or less visible work that enables the team to move faster.

Technical Excellence

• Develops strong technical expertise in domains relevant to Commercial innovation.
• Upholds high standards in software engineering, testing, and documentation.
• Advocates for best practices and contributes to team-wide technical standards.
• Builds and maintains modern architectures and cloud-native applications.

Collaboration & Contribution

• Works closely with teammates and cross-functional partners to solve problems.
• Supports team initiatives by contributing to shared codebases, tools, and processes.
• Engages in code reviews, mentoring opportunities, and knowledge sharing.
• Communicates clearly and proactively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your background

• 5+ years of experience (or equivalent knowledge). If you feel qualified, apply regardless of years of experience!
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

Technical Requirements

• Experience with one or more of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar).
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js).
• Proficiency in React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with service-oriented and decoupled architectures, API design, and cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps principles.
