We are currently seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking TA Innovation Specialist to join our global team. This pivotal role is responsible for the strategic management and optimization of our global TA tech stack, with a primary focus on Workday Recruiting. As the central point of contact for a designated region, you will ensure the seamless integration and adoption of our recruiting technologies and processes. You will be a key partner to a diverse group of stakeholders, incl. TA Operations, RPO partners, HR Technology, Digital Technology, Global People Services (GPS), HRBPs, Marketing & Communications, and Legal & Compliance, as well as external vendors. This role is instrumental in aligning our TA technology with strategic business objectives, enhancing our employer brand, and driving a best-in-class candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Stack Strategy & Ownership:
    • Manage and evolve the TA tech stack, ensuring all tools are optimized, integrated, and aligned with our strategic goals.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, our core Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend new technologies or enhancements to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Program and Project Management:
    • Lead and support projects related to TA technology implementations, upgrades, and process improvements from conception to completion.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Workday Recruiting Integration & Enhancements:
    • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting to support evolving business needs.
    • Ensure data integrity and seamless integration between Workday Recruiting and other HR and business systems.
    • Partner with the HR Technology team on system enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with our TA technology vendors, including contract renewals, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with our career site vendor to optimize functionality, user experience, and integration with our ATS.
  • Global Career Site Strategy & Branding:
    • In partnership with the Employer Branding team, we contribute to the strategy and execution of our global career site.
    • Ensure the career site effectively showcases our employer brand, values, and career opportunities to attract top talent.
    • Implement and manage branding elements within our recruiting technologies to ensure a consistent and engaging candidate experience.
  • Process & Change Champion:
    • Champion and enforce standardized global recruiting processes within the technology framework.
    • Develop and deliver training and support materials to ensure user adoption and adherence to best practices.
    • Act as a change agent, effectively communicating the benefits of new processes and technologies to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strategic Impact & Collaboration:
    • Influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across TA, HR, Legal, and IT.
    • Provide support for M&A activities including integration of TA systems and processes.
    • Engage with global stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of TA strategies.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Lead regional recruiting projects and transformations, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
    • Manage vendor relationships including contract processes, compliance reviews, and training documentation.
    • Support hiring initiatives and event solutions, including execution of regional events.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience:
    • several years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
    • Proven experience in at least two of the following TA functions: Recruitment Coordinator, Sourcer, Recruiter, Employer Branding, or TA Technology.
    • Direct, hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Process-Oriented: A strong understanding of recruiting processes and a passion for continuous improvement.
    • Change Management: Demonstrated ability to drive and manage change within a complex, global organization.
    • Technical Aptitude: Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
    • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
    • Project Management: Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical approach to identifying and solving problems.
    • Project Management certification & multilingual capabilities are a plus (Chinese/Mandarin/Japanese or Spanish).
