Principal HR Business Partner, Global Operations, EMEA, will serve as the senior HR leader for services customer support and field operations at Voyix across EMEA. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to region’s business leaders, driving people strategies 
that enable organizational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment. This professional will drive and implement strategic organizational effectiveness programs, oversee HR operations, and labor relations, and act as a 
key partner to regional business and global HR leaders. Senior HR Business Partner will also play a pivotal role in change management, regional succession planning, and building leadership capability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Global operations regional leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives across EMEA

• Design and implement strategic organizational regional effectiveness initiatives that drive business performance and align with global priorities

• Work in partnership with our HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits), provide guidance when needed on employee relations, performance management, and change management

• Champion a high-performance culture and support leadership development initiatives

• Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting inclusion and cross-cultural collaboration

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred

• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role; supporting EMEA is an advantage 

• Proven success organizational design and large-scale change initiatives in a matrixed environment

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels

• Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and build trusted relationships across business and HR teams

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven HR practices

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); 

• Experience working in or with a U.S.-based multinational preferred

• Ability to travel across EMEA as needed
