WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):
This is a critical role for our operations and provides career development opportunities for staff who wish to grow their career with Red Cross.

Standard Schedule: (Las Vegas, Nevada)
To best meet the needs of our donors and community, staff work a variable schedule which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Overnight travel may be required in some locations.
Schedule is provided two to three weeks in advance
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Documented satisfactory performance as Collections Technician II or Collection Specialist II/Charge is required.
Successful completion of Power Red, OJI, and Charge training is required.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
Staff who apply for these positions will be assessed on past performance in those roles as well as demonstrated leadership ability and would need to be willing to work in those three roles as needed.
