This role is responsible for performing complex duties with a high level of technical/business knowledge. This position also monitors agents and supports agents’ coordination on suspensions and reactivation processes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Working on a mix of both on-line and off-line duties and will be specific to one of the following functions: Victim Fraud (AVF). 
  • Responsibilities related to AVF are day to day transaction management, information verification, conducting investigations and servicing inquiries received over the phone or email. Perform outbound phone interviews with Agents, educating and raising awareness about Agent Fraud.
  • Responsibilities related to AVF are utilize all available tools and analyze relevant information in order to identify fraud patterns taking immediate actions to mitigate risk and protect the organization from potential losses.
  • The position is responsible for accurate and precise documentation to ensure clear visibility and accessibility for other departments within Western Union.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or be a student in Business Administration, Engineering or Data Analytics. You will be equipped with job-specific knowledge during initial training, yet it is expected that you already understand trends and developments in AML risks and concerns.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Higher education or equivalent experience preferable.
  • Good communication, time management, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to managed multiple responsibilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
