Coordinate shop floor activities: repairs, part refurbishment, and programming
Manage spare parts and specialty tools inventory
Handle procurement and supplier negotiations
Lead warranty claims and communicate with OEM suppliers
Ensure proper documentation and storage of incoming parts
Support continuous improvement in inventory and purchasing processes
4+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics/parts coordination
Strong knowledge of spare parts management and procurement
Experience with supplier communication and warranty handling
Proficient in MS Office and inventory software
Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related technical field
Familiarity with CMMS systems and technical maintenance tools
Ability to lift/move parts up to 25 kg
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
