This position is responsible for processing repossession affidavits and application. The tech will also be required to release titles to dealers. The tech will be required to take vehicle and customer information from a title and input it into our AS400 system. The tech will also need to obtain information from our client's website in order to process affidavits and applications.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review queues, determine and pursue effective follow-up steps to ensure receipt of title documents.
  • Review title documents to determine if a correction is warranted and process necessary correction.
  • Release leased or retail title documents per state and client guidelines. Contacting clients by phone or e-mail.
  • Receive incoming calls from clients, dealers and customers and respond as necessary.

Education, Experience, & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Previous keying experience necessary (must pass entry test)
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately using a standard computer keyboard
  • Requires minimal supervision
  • Ability to pass applicable pre-screening/data entry test
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Successfully demonstrate competency in quality and quantity
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Must have good written and verbal English language skills to provide written response to clients
  • Must be willing to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision
