Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Military Operations Analyst – International Treaty Exercises to support Headquarters Department of the Air Force arms control treaty implementation, training, exercise, and inspection-readiness activities in the National Capital Region.

This position will support the planning, development, execution, and evaluation of tabletop and field exercises designed to prepare Department of the Air Force organizations for treaty-compliance requirements and real-world inspections. The individual will develop exercise materials, instruct and facilitate training events, conduct post-event evaluations, and provide technical, procedural, and operational expertise during treaty inspections.

This position requires an experienced arms control, treaty-compliance, or military exercise professional who can coordinate across Headquarters Air Force, Major Commands, installations, and other Department of Defense stakeholders. The individual must also be available for deployment in support of a real-world treaty inspection within 48 hours of notification.
