This role is also accountable for ensuring the Epic Standard Operating Model (SOM) is fully implemented and validated for each client prior to transition to steady‑state optimization and support. The AVP is also adept at identifying, implementing, and operationalizing AI-based solutions to modernize PMO execution, using AI to streamline intake and prioritization, automate routine reporting, accelerate status synthesis, and improve meeting effectiveness through summarization and facilitation capabilities.
